DR1 Lightweight Cable Drum Rotator, now enhanced for even more efficient cable handling. Suitable for a range of drum diameters up to 800mm, this rotator simplifies the cable loading process by allowing drums to be effortlessly rolled up the ramp onto the adjustable rollers, enabling free spinning.
Notable improvements include a widened drum roller, now accommodating drums up to 620mm wide, and an increased number of lateral roller guides from 2 to 4, preventing drum twisting. The robust pressed steel construction ensures durability, and the 60mm diameter zinc-plated rollers, along with sealed roller bearings, guarantee smooth rotation.
Featuring spring-loaded shafts for easy replacement and adjustment, the DR1 has a substantial capacity of 200Kg and can handle drums ranging from a minimum size of 300mm to a maximum size of 800mm, with a drum width of 620mm. The zinc-plated finish adds durability and a polished look.
With a base size of 62cms long and 65cms wide, this lightweight rotator weighs in at 14 Kgs, offering a balance of sturdiness and portability. Optionally, rubber feet can be added to prevent slippage and protect sensitive flooring.
